Sacro Occipital Technique Chiropractic is a branch of health care that works with the skeletal system (bones and joints) and connective tissues (muscles and fascia). Spinal misalignments can restrict the nerves exiting the spine, which can ultimately cause dysfunction of muscles and other tissues supplied by those specific nerves. Chiropractic techniques work to correct these misalignments, thus allowing a free flow of nerve energy to all parts of the body. In addition, soft tissue therapies may be utilized to treat muscle spasms and tissue restrictions.
